Camtasia Behaviors, Cursor, Audio and Visual Effects empty with no effects showing

This post describes how to fix a problem in which Camtasia Behaviors, Cursor Effects, Audio Effects and Visual Affects are empty with no effects showing:

This happened after I first installed Camtasia 2020.

Resolution

The resolution turned out to be quite easy.  I simply closed Camtasia then re-opened it.  The Behaviors, Cursor Effects, Audio Effects and Visual Affects now appeared as expected:

This post describes how to fix the error "This app will now restart to free up more memory" which can occur when using apps such as Netflix on an LG TV after just a few minutes of use. Resolution To resolve the issue, unplug the TV then press the on/off button for 10 seconds.  Wait a further 20 seconds then plug the TV back in and turn it back on. This post describes what the light marked "W" on a Steelseries Apex keyboard is. This is the fourth light in the row located in the top right corner of the keyboard, next to the Scroll Lock "S" light. The "W" light on a Steelseries Apex Keyboard This light indicates that the Windows key has been disabled.  So, when you're gaming, if you accidentally press the Windows key, you will stay in the game instead of being taken to the Windows desktop. How to turn the "W" light on or off? The "W" light on a Steelseries Apex keyboard can be turned on or off by pressing and holding the special Steelseries function key down, then pressing the Windows key. Permantently stop Windows Update on Windows Server 2025

In this post, I describe how to permanently stop Windows Update from running on Windows Server 2025 . On a test server, you may not want Windows Update to run because it consumes CPU resource . I recently discovered that disabling the Windows Update service does not stop Windows updates as the service can re-enable itself e.g. the service status switches from Disabled to Manual when you open Windows Update settings . Resolution To permanently stop Windows Update service: 1. Create a new user account e.g. windowsupdate 2. Change the Windows Update service to Log On as this account The service will now now fail to start and Windows update will be unable to run.
