Process The process to clear all browsing history data is as follows: 1. Press the Home button on the remote control and keep pressing right until you find the Web Browser then open it. 2. Scroll the wheel on the remote control to reveal the pointer on screen, then press the three dots stacked vertically (located in the top right of the screen, next to the close button) to open the Menu. 3. Select Settings from the Menu. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings to reach the Clear Browsing Data section. 5. Press the Clear All Browsing Data button then press Yes to confirm. The WMI service or the WMI provider returned an unknown error: HRESULT: 0x80070964 This error can occur when creating a new iSCSI Virtual Disk in Server Manager on Windows. Cause This error is a 'device in use' error and can occur if you've previously tried to create an iSCSI Virtual Disk and it failed e.g. with the error  Cannot find the Windows PowerShell data file 'ImportExportIscsiTargetConfiguration.psd1' in directory 'C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\IscsiTarget\en-GB\', or any parent culture directories . This error can occur when creating a new iSCSI Virtual Disk in Server Manager on Windows. Cause This is caused by server localization.  In my case, the server was installed as English (United States) but later changed to English (United Kingdom).  The error occurs because the en-GB directory does not exist in the 'C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\IscsiTarget' directory. Resolution I resolved the issue by renaming the existing 'en-US' folder in the 'C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules\IscsiTarget' directory to 'en-GB'. Alternatively, you can go to your Region > Administrative settings in the Control Panel, press Copy settings. Then tick 'Welcome screen
